How do I book?
Booking is easy! Visit our website and fill out our booking form. Select your time and date, then
tell us a little about your event. Your non-refundable $100 deposit and signed rental contract are due within 4 business days
of receiving them to reserve your spot, which is all done online.
Can I come early to set up?
Your rental includes a FREE hour – we give our clients access to our space 30 minutes before
and after your booked time. Any additional time needed for setup must be included in your paid rental
timeframe.
Are we able to see the space before we book?
We know that it’s easier to get a feel for your event in-person. That’s why the ALT Room allows
each clients ONE 30-minute pre-event visit, depending on our event schedule. Shoot us an email to find
our availability for tours.
What is the alcohol policy?
The ALT Room recommends a licensed bartender for beer and wine; for hard liquor/mixed
drinks, we require one that must be provided by the client, and is not a guest or host of the
event.
How many people can you host?
The ALT Room can comfortably seat 30 for a dinner party, and can fit 60 for more
come-and-go/mingling events.
What food can I bring?
We provide all our clients with our preferred vendor list – a way to elevate your gathering with a handful
of Tulsa businesses that offer discounts to ALT Room clients. Use vendors from our list, or feel
free to bring in your own food/drink/decorations.
Any specific rules about decorations?
The ALT Room is a modern, trendy space that requires minimal decorating, making events even easier for you.
However, clients are welcome to decorate as they wish. Clients may NOT permanently change the
space; i.e, use nails, tape, glue, or anything that would damage the walls, furniture, or paint.
What is included in my rental?
The ALT Room comes furnished with six 8’ wooden tables, 32 white chairs, 8 bistro tables and 8 bistro
chairs, and our lounge – a comfy leather couch, an egg chair and large green backdrop.
We are fully air-conditioned and heated and have a private restroom. Clients can take control of the
environment – our cozy fireplace and large garage door can be used as you wish.
Don’t worry about having to clean your own kitchen – we have a prep kitchen with a microwave,
sink and refrigerator for your use as well.
What are the furniture dimensions?
Six wooden tables: 3′ x 8′
Eight bistro tables: 23.7″W x 39″H.
Greenery Wall: 8′ x 8′
What’s NOT allowed?
We hate to rain on your parade! Below are a list of ALT Room no-no’s:
No pets (petting zoos need written approval from us)
No smoking
No food trucks
No open flame inside the space
No using nails to hang decorations (tape, sticky tack, and command strips are allowed)
Where do we park?
Parking is located behind the Collaborative coffee shop. Turn south on Vandalia (next to the
Arvest bank) and you’ll see our overflow parking. Walk through the Collaborative patio (they’re
our friends, they don’t mind!) and you’ll see us in the “alley.”
What events can I host here?
Baby showers, birthday parties, business meetings and beyond! The ALT Room is a unique and
fun spot for any gathering.
